Bailey DeLuca

Hello! My name is Bailey and I have been working in this industry for over two years and have had the pleasure of working with many great clients to achieve their Real Estate goals. I currently live in Salem along with my fiance, 5 year daughter, and 3 fur babies. Outside of work I enjoy watching movies, playing with my pups, and chasing my daughter around (wherever that may be). Growing up in the area, I have become very familiar with the surrounding towns and counties. I love the small town feel and community that goes along with it.

While I have always been interested in Real Estate, it wasn't until 2021 when I was working as our teams Social Media Manager that I found my true passion for this business. Getting to help people at one of the most memorable stages in their life is something that I take great pride in.Though I have had the pleasure to work with many first time home buyers, I have also worked for many experienced investors as well. Regardless of if you have bought or sold in the past, it is always important to make sure that you understand the always changing buying and/or selling process. My main objective is to make sure you are comfortable and knowledgeable on where we are at in the process, and what is to come next. I find that this makes for a much smoother transaction with little to no hiccups along the way.
